What is UOB Rewards Programme?
It is a loyalty rewards programme where UOB Cardmembers earn UNI$ whenever he/she spend on his/her eligible Cards. Cardmembers can redeem for any exciting reward items from shopping, dining vouchers to movie tickets and more that are available in the UOB Rewards Catalogue whenever he/she has sufficient UNI$.

How do I qualify and earn UNI$?
You earn UNI$1 for every 5 SGD you spend on eligible purchases on an eligible UOB Card. UNI$ are calculated per transaction, and rounded down to the nearest whole number.

I have a supplementary card. Can I earn and redeem UNI$?
Yes, UNI$ earned by supplementary cardmembers are accumulated into the principal cardmember's account. Only principal cardmembers can redeem UNI$.

Can I combine the UNI$ that I have earned from my different UOB Credit Cards, or transfer UNI$ between my accounts?
The UOB Rewards Programme automatically combines all of the UNI$ you earn from different UOB Credit Cards into one. However, you cannot transfer UNI$ between different cardmembers.

How do I know how many UNI$ I have?
Your UNI$ balance will be reflected on your monthly credit card statement. You may also login to your UOB Personal Internet Banking or UOB TMRW app to check on your available UNI$ and make a redemption.

How do I redeem for UOB Rewards using my UNI$?
You can redeem your UNI$ via:
a) UOB secure website.
b) UOB TMRW app under the rewards section
c) Participating Merchants offering Instant Rewards Redemption

How can I redeem my rewards on the web?
You can browse and redeem rewards via UOB Internet Banking.

You will need your UOB Personal Internet Banking username and password to redeem rewards.

How can I redeem my rewards on the TMRW app?
You can browse and redeem rewards with your UNI$ on the UOB TMRW app. Open the app, tap into the Rewards+ section, and tap on Redeem UNI$.

You will need your UOB Personal Internet Banking username and password to redeem rewards.

How long will it take to process my online UNI$ redemption request?
Please allow approximately seven (7) working days for the physical voucher(s) to be mail to you based on mailing address maintained with UOB.

How do I know that my online redemption request has been successful?
You will receive an online confirmation when your redemption request is successful. The UNI$ will be deducted from your card account immediately. The Rewards Voucher/e-Voucher will be mailed/SMS to you based on your latest mailing address/ mobile number maintained with UOB.

Can I request to cancel or replace the Vouchers?
There will be no cancellation or replacement of vouchers.

Can I use more than one Rewards Voucher per transaction?
You can refer to UOB Rewards website for the individual catalogue items for more information.

How do I redeem my physical Vouchers?
To redeem your physical Voucher, you or your representative need to present the original redeemed physical Voucher with your authorised signature as proof of eligibility to the participating merchant. For purchases exceeding the value of the Voucher, you or your representative need to charge the balance to UOB Card. There shall be no refund, in any form whatsoever, if the value of the goods and/or services is below that of the Voucher.

When do my UNI$ expire?
UNI$ earned shall expire 2 years from the last day of each periodic quarter in which the UNI$ was earned. Each UNI$ period is calculated commencing from January to December of each calendar year. Expired UNI$ cannot be replaced or reinstated.

How does the Instant Rewards programme work?
You can use your UNI$ for vouchers or to offset your purchases directly at the participating malls and retail or dining outlets. Instant Rewards are not available for supplementary card holders.

You may refer to Instant Rewards category here for an updated list of participating Instant Rewards partners.

How do I go about doing an instant rewards redemption?
To perform an instant redemption, you must present your UOB credit card at the participating merchant. Simply tap your physical UOB card at the POS terminal and choose to offset your purchase by the amount available to you.
Instant reward redemption is not available for supplementary card holders.
Do note that Instant rewards redemption is not applicable for UOB American Express, Singtel-UOB, UOB JCB and UOB Union Pay Credit Cards.

Can I request to cancel the redemption?
There will be no cancellation.

How do I participate in the UOB Cash Rebate Auto Conversion Programme?

Are there any charges for this auto conversion of cash rebate?
No fee will be imposed for each conversion.

Is the auto conversion of the cash rebate applicable for all cards?
The automated conversion to cash rebates is made available to Credit Cardmembers only and excludes Corporate Cardmembers.

How often will the auto conversion to cash rebates happen?
The automated conversion of cash rebates will be completed for each calendar month.

What will happen if I do not have sufficient UNI$ to complete the auto conversion?

Your UNI$ can be converted to either KrisFlyer or Asia miles (in blocks of 10,000 miles) at the conversion rate of UNI$1 = 2 miles.

Is the redemption of the frequent flyer miles applicable for all cards?
Redemption of frequent flyer miles is made available to Credit Cardmembers only.

How long will it take to process my linkage request to link my membership account number to my UOB Card?
You should allow approximately 5 working days.

How long will it take to process my request to convert UNI$ to frequent flyer miles?
You should allow at least 14 working days from the day of the conversion request.

Will I receive a Rewards Voucher or a confirmation regarding the successful conversion of my UNI$ to frequent flyer miles?

S$50 administrative fee will be imposed annually. There will be no fees for each conversion during the calendar year.

Is the auto conversion to KrisFlyer miles applicable for all cards?
The automated conversion to KrisFlyer miles is made available to Credit Cardmembers only.

How often will the auto conversion happen?
The automated conversion of miles will be effected on the last calendar day of each month and only if your UNI$ balance exceed UNI$15,000 and in blocks of UNI$2,500 (for 5,000 KrisFlyer miles).

What will happen if I do not have sufficient UNI$ to complete the auto conversion?
No conversion will be made if there is insufficient UNI$ (beyond a balance of UNI$15,000).

When can I see the conversion of UNI$ to KrisFlyer miles?
If you are new to the KrisFlyer Auto Conversion Programme, you will be able to see the miles credited to your specified KrisFlyer account within the same calendar month if your enrollment is approved by UOB by 20th of the calendar month.
If you are already on the KrisFlyer Auto Conversion Programme, you will see the miles credited on the following month after processing on the last calendar day of each month.
