Eligibility

• The Competition is open to all Thai Citizens and Thai Permanent Residents only. Participation in the Competition is free.

Submission of Entry

• All entry are to be submitted electronically via www.uob.co.th/poy by 3 August 2026. Each photo of the artwork should be minimum 300 dots per inch (DPI) with minimum file size of one (1) megabytes (MB) and a maximum file size of three (3) megabytes (MB). Only JPEG and PNG file types are accepted.
• Participants who are shortlisted for a second round of judging are required to submit the actual artwork from 11 to 13 September 2026 between 10am to 6pm at Loading Area, Bangkok Art and Culture Centre (BACC) 939 Rama1 Road, Wangmai, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330 by hand or postal/logistics service.
  
• Finalists will be notified by phone and/or email by 16 September 2026.
  

Judging

• Artworks will be judged based on these criteria: message, creativity, composition and technique.
  
• The decisions of the judges are final. No correspondence will be entered into on this subject before, during, and/or after the Competition.

ผู้มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมการประกวด

• การประกวดนี้เปิดกว้างสำหรับผู้มีสัญชาติไทย และผู้ที่มีถิ่นพำนักถาวรในประเทศไทย โดยไม่มีการจัดเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมการประกวด

การส่งผลงาน

• ผู้เข้าร่วมการประกวดต้องส่งภาพถ่ายของผลงานจิตรกรรมที่ต้องการส่งเข้าร่วมการประกวดผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ทางเว็บไซต์ www.uob.co.th/poy ระหว่างวันที่ 5 พฤษภาคม ถึง 31 กรกฎาคม 2568 โดยภาพถ่ายแต่ละภาพต้องมีความละเอียดไม่ต่ากว่า 300 dots per inch (DPI) มีขนาดไฟล์ไม่ต่ำกว่าหนึ่ง (1) เมกาไบท์ (MB) และขนาดใหญ่สุดไม่เกินสาม (3) เมกาไบท์ (MB) และประเภทของภาพจะต้องเป็นไฟล์ JPEG หรือ PNG เท่านั้น
• ผู้เข้าร่วมการประกวดที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกจากคณะกรรมการให้ผ่านเข้ารอบที่สอง (“ผู้ได้รับคัดเลือก”) จะต้องนำส่งผลงานจริงในวันที่ 5 ถึง 7 กันยายน 2568 เวลา 10.00-18.00 ณ บริเวณ Loading Area ชั้น 1 หอศิลปวัฒนธรรมแห่งกรุงเทพมหานคร (BACC) เลขที่ 939 ถนนพระราม 1 แขวงวังใหม่ เขตปทุมวัน กรุงเทพฯ 10330
  
• ผู้ที่ได้รับคัดเลือกเข้ารอบสุดท้ายทั้งหมดจะได้รับการติดต่อทางโทรศัพท์และ/หรืออีเมลที่ได้ลงทะเบียนไว้ภายในวันที่ 11 กันยายน 2568
  

การตัดสิน

• ผลงานจิตรกรรมจะถูกตัดสินตามเกณฑ์ต่อไปนี้ ได้แก่ เนื้อหา ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ องค์ประกอบ และเทคนิคในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงาน
  
• การตัดสินของคณะกรรมการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด จะไม่มีการเผยแพร่รายละเอียดในเรื่องนี้ทั้งก่อน ในระหว่าง และ/หรือหลังการประกวด
