    BULK CASH DEPOSITS
    Bulk Cash Deposit Fees
    • Based on total consolidated SGD amount deposited per account, per day irrespective of denomination or number of notes.
    • If multiple deposits are made within a day, the charge imposed will be based on the cumulative total amount deposited.
    • Charges will be debited from the deposit account the next business day.
    • No debit advice will be provided. Customers to check bank account for charges.
    For over-the-counter immediate counting and account crediting
    • First S$25,000 waived
    • Above S$25,000, 0.1% of amount deposited (subject to minimum S$10)
    Bulk Cash Deposit Service *
    (For deferred counting and account crediting)
    • First S$25,000 waived
    • Above S$25,000, 0.05% of amount deposited (subject to minimum S$5)
    • Monthly subscription fee of S$50 per account (applicable for service subscribed from 1 April 2014)
    • An additional surcharge of S$50 applies for notes that are either not sorted according to denomination, or folded.
    *Note:
    (1) If the cash deposit includes coins, the value of the coins, regardless of denomination, shall not exceed S$5
    (2) Available from Monday to Saturday, subject to the following cut-off times for crediting on the same business day. No deposit on Sunday and Public Holiday.
    Monday to Thursday By 3pm : Credit on same business day
    After 3pm : Credit by end of next business day
    Friday By 3pm : Credit on same business day
    After 3pm : Deposit will be treated as Saturday Deposit as below.
    Saturday Credit by end of next business day
    COIN DEPOSITS / EXCHANGE
    Coin Deposits S$2.00 for every 100 pieces deposited or part thereof
    Coin Exchange/Withdrawal S$2.00 for every multiple of S$50 or part thereof
    Note: Our coin deposit and exchange services are available every Tuesday and Thursday, from 9.30am to 11.30am.
    COIN DEPOSITS VIA COIN DEPOSIT MACHINE
    Coin deposits for Individuals Effective from 29 November 2021:
    S$1.50 for every 100 pieces deposited or part thereof
    Note:
    Coin deposit service charge will be waived if the value of coins deposited amounts to S$5.00 or less.
    Our coin deposit machines are available during branch operating hours except at Changi Airport Branch and Suntec City Branch autolobby which are available 24/7.
