The Singapore government targets a 36% energy emissions reduction by 2030, requiring 80% of buildings to earn the BCA Green Mark for energy efficiency. UOB's U-Energy platform simplifies energy projects for building owners, connecting them with partners like energy service companies (ESCOs) and offering diverse financing options. U-Energy supports various initiatives in commercial, industrial, and public buildings, including air-conditioning, lighting, and solar projects. Incentives from BCA, NEA, and EDB further bolster this commitment.

 

This commitment is supported by incentives such as the
