In celebration of 2025’s year-end festivities, UOB lit up the skyline with the tallest countdown projection show in ASEAN, themed Sharing Joy, Celebrating with our Communities. Featuring two segments - a Festive show with works that celebrated the spirit of giving, and a Countdown show which invited audiences to aspire towards a future Singapore that continues to thrive - these projection shows transformed UOB Plaza 1 into a beautiful canvas once more, as part of our commitment to the arts and our community.

Celebrating the Festivities
The Festive show celebrated our community and the giveback efforts across ASEAN from UOB90. It began with the UOB Gives Back Heartbeat Show featuring a magical display of community initiatives throughout the milestone year, woven together with inspiring artworks by artists with disabilities from Extra•Ordinary People. Following that, winning art pieces from the 2025 UOB Painting of the Year competition wrapped UOB Plaza in colour and light.

Counting Down to the New Year
In conjunction with Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and The Fullerton Hotel Singapore’s Brightening Lives show, the Tomorrow with UOB show reimagined UOB Plaza as a futuristic gateway to ASEAN which took audiences on a journey into a universe of possibilities. While travelling through the worlds of tomorrow, viewers were invited to aspire towards a future which thrives for Singapore while immersing themselves in exceptional artworks from the UOB Painting of the Year Regional Collection.
Past Shows
In celebration of UOB’s 90th anniversary and Singapore’s 60th year of independence, we lit up the skyline with a first-of-its-kind projection show from 28 June to 9 August 2025, setting three Guinness World Records for the tallest, brightest and longest projection mapping ever attempted.

UNITY Projection Display Show
Inspired by the Bank's values and commitment to doing right by our customers, colleagues and communities, the UNITY show celebrated the spirit of innovation and change that has shaped our past and present as we look towards the future.
UOB Painting of the Year Showcase
UOB Plaza 1 became a massive canvas showcasing 30 works by UOB Painting of the Year Singapore artists - winners of Southeast Asia's longest running art competition.
SG60 & NDP2025 Celebration
The building lighted up with various SG60 themed projections and was featured in NDP 2025's expanded canvas, seamlessly connecting the celebrations across the Padang and Marina Bay.
