Accredited Investor Eligibility Requirements

  1. The value of your net personal assets exceed S$2 million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency), subject to the value (less any outstanding loans secured by the residence) of your primary residence being capped at S$1 million; or
  2. Your income in the preceding 12 months is no less than S$300,000 (or its equivalent in a foreign currency); or
  3. The value of your financial assets (net of any related liabilities) exceed S$1 million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency).
