Life does not move in one direction and one may be woven into several situations and having different viewpoints in the same situation. Most people try to avoid cruel and traumatic situations. Me and My World is a deep and complex imagination that is inspired by the artist’s personal experience. He uses somber expressions, such as the turbulent sky, monochromatic tone, contrasting elements like monkey and durian tree to ridicule the society. The artwork also expresses the increasingly violent events in society that may eventually lead to mayhem.
