The FinLab is UOB's innovation accelerator that brings the ecosystem together to catalyse business growth and transformation with a regional presence in five key ASEAN markets - Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia.
The programme kicked off with an opening address by Shannon Lung, Head of UOB FinLab. He welcomed our guests and shared about UOB FinLab’s journey as an innovation accelerator.
Marianne Tan, Programme Director at UOB FinLab, announced our sustainability roadmap for 2024, introuduced our GreenTech Accelerator 2024 programme and how SMEs and greentechs can benefit from our regional programmes to create impact while ensuring profit and productivity
Moderated by Marianne Tan, Programme Director at UOB FinLab, with Alex Loh, Business Development Director, REDEX , and Sheena Ang, Head of Client Relations and Business Development, CO2Connect, who shared tips, insights and trends.
Shaun Tan, Programme Director at UOB FinLab, shared about our local and regional digitalisation programmes , such as the Acceleration Programme for the Arts and UKM SUKSES: Level Up Your Sales and Operations.
Tyrone Sato, Marketing Director at UOB FinLab, shared about our newly launched online learning platform, the Start Smart Programme designed for Digital and Tech upskilling.
Moderated by Shannon Lung, Head of UOB FinLab, with Ian Cheong, Founder and CEO of EPOS and Mariam Jaafar, Managing Director and Senior Partner of BCG, who shared about the next genesis of digital transformation.
Our participants were able to interact with the team from UOB FinLab and other like-minded business leaders. They also explored the exhibition which comprised interactive displayed and information through the use of Augmented Reality to find out more about UOB FinLab.
