UX/UI Designer
You will rethink and redefine how users interact with our products. By leveraging UX research, you will create engaging design experiences that turn problems into clean, attractive and understandable design solutions. With your passion for User-Centred Design, and the belief that design is about creating compelling solutions in a creative way, you will help us hit the sweet spot between user expectations, business goals and technical constraints.
Data Analytics and Insights
You will play a pivotal role as an Analytics Centre of Excellence to take analytics to the next level. As part of the Big Data Analytics Centre, you will tap on the latest data and analytics technology to deliver new insights and bring analytical practices to life through data visualisation, intuitive dashboards, and data modelling. In this way, you will support the adoption of analytics into the decision-making process across the entire organisation. Working both on your own and within project teams, you will help us progress towards a self-service data discovery culture.
Project Manager
You will be responsible for the coordinated management of multiple related projects, as well as ongoing operations directed towards a common objective. You will exemplify the highest level of initiative and leadership skills, as you lead and coordinate the work of cross-functional, cross-departmental, and cross-company teams across all aspects of a project or programme to deliver on time, within budget, and within scope. In your capacity, you will also act as a mentor to more junior members of the department.
Technical Delivery Manager
You will take charge of day-to-day application development and integration activities related to the implementation of new platforms. In your role, you will build and lead a team of developers to implement and integrate solutions that meet business requirements and which align with the organisation’s business objectives.
Domain Architect
You will be responsible for all aspects of software development and support (L3) for multiple applications, from functional specifications to production implementation and post-implementation support. You will work with established methods and technologies, as well as off-the-shelf and custom solutions, delivered by a combination of internal staff, contractors, and vendors.
Business Solution Specialist
You will act as a trusted advisor for business with regard to all new business demands that require technology or operations enablement and solutioning. This includes prioritising business requests, co-creating business roadmaps with business segments, and supporting the Business Technology and Operations Head in areas like project pipelines, pre-project planning activities, and QR prioritisation. Above all, you will be a change enabler by building relationships with business leaders as well as technology and operational business partners.
