BUSINESS INTERNET BANKING PLUS

You may change/unlock/activate your password through BIB Plus by performing the following steps:

Please ensure that you have maintained a valid email address or Singapore registered mobile number with UOB BIBPlus Services. Along with that, you also need your BIBPLUS Group ID, User ID and token to carry out this process.

Step 1: Go to BIBPLUS site https://sg.bibplus.uobgroup.com/BIB/public

Step 2: Click “Activate User/ Reset Password” link on BIBPlus Login Screen.

Step 3: Accept Terms & Conditions.

Step 4: Enter BIBPlus Group ID and User ID.

Step 5: Select to receive Code via Email or SMS.

Step 6: Enter Code on SecurePlus Token to generate Token Response Code.

Step 7: Enter Token Response Code into the field on the screen.

Step 8: Reset password

  • Enter preferred password.

  • Re-enter password to confirm.

Step 9: See “Success” message. Proceed to login to BIBPlus.

Alternatively, the company administrator can perform the password reset via the BIB Plus platform by selecting on:

  1. Administration
  2. User Management
  3. Password Management
  4. Select the "Edit" button

Please clear your cache and wait for 10-15 minutes before you attempt login to UOB Business Internet Banking service again. For security reason, we would also advise not to login via a favorite link and to access via http://www.uob.com.sg/business instead.
