You can opt to service interest only during the construction of your home. For your convenience, this loan will be converted to a home loan with principal and interest payment upon the issuance of the Temporary Occupation Permit.
If you prefer to make upfront installment payments of the interest and principal amount, our fixed, floating and prime-based-rate term loan packages are also available at competitive interest rates.
Flexible Repayment of Up to 35 Years
What’s more, with our flexible repayment period of up to 35 years or 65 years of age of borrower (whichever is earlier), you can pay off your loan at a comfortable pace.
