For a UOB Group Personal Savings or Current Account Holder:
- Scheduled Funds Transfer Status
Alerts you on the status of your scheduled funds transfer to your own or 3rd Party UOB account payee as well as transfers to other bank account payee
- GIRO Application Approval*
- GIRO Standing Order Due
Alerts you three working days before your GIRO standing order is due
- IPO Results
Alerts you on the status of your IPO application made through any UOB Group ATM or through UOB Personal Internet Banking
- Scheduled Bill Payment Status
Alerts you on the status of your scheduled bill payment
- View Your Statement Online
Alerts you when your full month’s account statement is available online
To enjoy this alert service, you need to submit a 'Request To Stop Sending Account Statement' through UOB Personal Internet Banking. Just go to 'Account Services' and click on 'Stop Sending A/C Statements'.
- Invest Credit
Alerts you when cash top-up is required
* The date of approval by UOB of your GIRO application does not necessarily indicate that the debit of your bank account for your GIRO standing order has been effected. The effective date of deduction is dependent on the billing organisation.
For a UOB Principal Credit Cardmember:
- Credit Card Bill Due
Alerts you one calendar week before the due date of your UOB Credit Card payment
- Credit Card Payment Received
Alerts you on the Bank’s receipt of your UOB Credit Card payment
- Low Available Credit
Alerts you when your total available credit is 20% or below
- Signature UNI$ Redemption
Sends your successfully redeemed Zuji travel rewards e-voucher
