UOB eNETS facilitates the payment of your online transactions through direct debiting of your bank account using the Internet Banking facilities.

and Conditions of UOB Personal Internet Banking Access.
B. Getting Started
Q5.What do I need to make use of the service? You will need to have a UOB Savings/Current
Account with UOB Personal Internet Banking Access to make use of the service.
If you maintain a UOB Savings/Current Account and wish to apply for
a UOB Personal Internet Banking Username and Password, you may visit any of
our branches or apply
online.
If you do not have a UOB Savings/Current Account, just visit any of
our UOB Group Branches to open an account and request for Internet banking
access.
Q6. How do I use the UOB eNETS? At the website of the participating merchant:
(a) At checkout, select "UOB eNETS - Internet Banking Payment".
(b) Select "UOB" from the list. You will be re-directed to
UOB Personal Internet Banking login webpage.
(c) Enter your UOB Personal Internet Banking Username and Password and click
"Submit".
(d) Select the account you wish to make payment from and click "Submit".
(e) Verify the payment details and click "Confirm".
(f) With your successful payment, a transaction reference will be shown
on the webpage.
(g) Click "Logout" to return to the merchant's website.
C. Making Payments
Q7. When will the money be deducted from my account? Upon confirming your payment at the Bank's website, your selected
account will be debited with the amount immediately. Your successful
eNETS payments will be listed at UOB Personal Internet Banking > Account Services
> Last 50 Transactions.
Q8. How do I know if the payment is successful? Upon successful payment, an acknowledgement page detailing the
payment with a unique transaction reference will be presented. You may
print the acknowledgement page or login to UOB Personal Internet Banking >
Account Services > Last 50 Transactions to view the successful UOB eNETS
transaction.
Q9. What will happen if I do not have enough money in my account? The transaction will be rejected. However, if you have more
than one account linked for UOB Personal Internet Banking access, you will
be given the option to re-select another account to complete the transaction.
Q10.Are there any charges for using the UOB eNETS? The service is currently provided free of charge.
Q11. Are there any payment limits imposed on the service? As a safety feature, a daily limit of S$3,000 and a monthly limit of
S$20,000 have been imposed per Username (subject to the availability
of funds in your account).
Q12. What happens if I encounter an error message while performing my transactions? The error code and message will explain the cause of the transaction
error encountered. For further assistance, you can call our Call Centre
at 1800 222 2121 (24-hour, toll-free). Please quote the error code
and message.
Q13. What should I do if I suspect there is an unauthorised payment made? Please notify the Bank immediately at 1800 222 2121(24-hour, toll-free)
to de-activate your UOB Personal Internet Banking access. To assist us with
the investigations, please provide our Customer Service Officers with
the transaction details.
D. Security
Q14. What precautions should I take when transacting on the Internet? You should ensure that the page prompting you for your UOB Personal
Internet Banking login has a page certification for "uobgroup.com". To view
the certification, simply perform the following steps:

- Select "View Info" - you should verify that the URL shows https://uniservices3.uobgroup.com/CLO/Pub_ControllerServlet?cmd=customerlogin&action=clologin
and the connection is secured with 128-bit encryption
- Click on "Certificates" - you should see "Issued to: uobgroup.com"
and verify that the date is valid
Q15. Why is it important to ensure that the certificate of the page is from UOB? The certificate confirms that the information you are submitting is
directed to UOB and that your account information is protected with
SSL encryption. It is also to protect you against any unintentional
disclosure of your account information to third parties.
E. Post-Purchase
Q16. What should I do in the event that I decide to cancel my purchase? In the event of cancellation of purchases, you should contact and liaise
directly with the merchant whom you bought the goods/services from.
Depending on the merchant's refund policy, the merchant will make the
necessary arrangements for the money to be refunded to you less any
service charge, if applicable.
Q17. What should I do in the event that I did not receive my goods/services? In the event of non-fulfillment by the merchant, you should contact
the merchant whom you bought the product from.
