You will not be able to make any payments if your UOB CashPlus account is in overdraft, i.e. the credit line has been utilised. This revision is an alignment with market practice.

Here's how to use UOB eNETS for your online payment:

• From the merchant's website, select eNETS as your payment mode
• Select UOB from the list of participating banks
• You will be re-directed to the secured UOB Personal Internet Banking website
• Login using Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), the additional OTP
• Pay via your UOB Savings or Current account
