The UOB Payment Holiday programme enables UOB Credit Cardmembers (the "Cardmembers") to defer from making the minimum payment on their Statement of Account for any requested month ("the Payment Holiday Month").

The UOB Payment Holiday programme is applicable to all Cardmembers, with the exception of the following: i) Visa Electron and Debit Cardmembers; ii) Corporate, Purchasing, Business and Private Label Cardmembers.

Only Cardmembers whose Card accounts are in good standing, as determined by United Overseas Bank (the "Bank") Card Centre at its sole discretion, are eligible for the UOB Payment Holiday programme.
|
|
4)
|
Balance or Funds Transfer accounts are not eligible for the UOB Payment Holiday programme.
|
|
5)
|
Credit card accounts that are on GIRO are not eligible for the UOB Payment Holiday programme.
|
|
6)
|
All Payment Holiday requests have to reach the bank no later than the 18th of each month prior to the Payment Holiday month.
|
|
7)
|
A "UOB Payment Holiday" message will be reflected on the Cardmember's Statement of Account for accounts that are eligible for UOB Payment Holiday programme. Please note that you are still liable to make payments for any overdue amounts on your credit card accounts for the previous months.

8)

Late payment fees will not be charged for accounts that are under the UOB Payment Holiday programme. Interest charges of 2% per month will continue to apply on all outstanding balances from the date each transaction was effected (unless otherwise stated).

9)
|
For Payment Holiday requests via SMS or online, the Bank will contact you within two business days following your request.
|
|
10)
|
UOB Payment Holidays are not allowed for any two consecutive months.
|
|
11)
|
The Bank's decision on matters relating to this UOB Payment Holiday programme shall be final and binding on all Cardmembers.
|
|
12)
|
The Bank reserves the right to amend, add, or vary any of these terms and conditions at any time and at its absolute discretion.
