Sunday Specials For Customers Who Apply For UOB HDB Home Loans At 15 UOB Branches This Sunday
Benefits include full legal subsidy for loans of S$150,000 and above
Singapore, 17 January 2003 - United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) will offer a series of special benefits to customers who apply for its UOB HDB Home Loan packages at any of its 15 UOB branches that will open this Sunday, 19 January 2003.
These benefits are:
- Full legal subsidy (worth up to S$2,500) for loan quantum of S$150,000 and above
- Free one-time conversion of interest rates within six months from the date of acceptance of the Bank's Letter Of Offer
- Customers will be rewarded with a bonus of UNI$168 under the UOB Rewards Plus* programme upon their acceptance of the Bank's Letter Of Offer before 31 March 2003. An additional UNI$1 will also be given for every S$10,000 loan outstanding every month
The 15 branches, which will open this Sunday, 19 January 2003, from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm, are as follows:
