Qualitative Criteria
Apart from quantitative listing requirements, all listing applications will also have to address issues relating to, amongst others:
- Healthy financial position having regard to whether the Group has a positive cashflow from operating activities.
- Prior to listing, all debt owing to group by its directors and other companies controlled by the directors and substantial shareholders (with the exception of issuer's subsidiaries and associated companies) must have been settled.
- Quality of management.
- Character and integrity of directors, management and controlling shareholders.
- No chain listing.
