To enjoy the promotional offers, UOB Cardmembers should pay with their UOB Cards for any purchase at the participating

Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, other discounts or products. |

UOB Card Centre does not warrant the quality of the products or services provided by the participating merchant(s). The participating merchant(s) also does/do not represent UOB Card Centre. The participating merchant(s) shall be solely responsible for all effects and consequences of the products and services. |

If the business(es) of the participating merchant(s) shall cease, the respective promotional offer(s) will be automatically terminated. |

UOB Card Centre and the participating merchant(s) reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions herein with reasonable notice to UOB Cardmembers who will be bound by such alterations unless the UOB Cards are returned to UOB Card Centre for cancellation before the date upon which any alteration is to take effect. |

For spending with UOB Cards, foreign exchange transactions will be converted into Hong Kong Dollars at such a prevailing rate as determined by Visa International on the conversion day plus an additional 0.95%. |
