Terms and Conditions
1) The above offer is only applicable to new Principal Cardmembers who have successfully applied for Asiana UOB Visa Platinum / Platinum Elite ("new Cardmembers"). Applicants who have cancelled or applied successfully for Asiana UOB Visa Platinum / Platinum Elite in the past 12 months will not be eligible for the offer. Each new Cardmember can hold one Asiana UOB Visa Platinum / Platinum Elite only.
2) If new Cardmembers cancel their Asiana UOB Visa Platinum / Platinum Elite accounts within the first year from the date of Card issuance, Asiana Airline and UOB will debit an administration fee of HK$1,000 directly from their respective Asiana UOB Visa Platinum / Platinum Elite accounts.
3) Asiana Airline and UOB do not warrant the quality of the products or services provided by the participating merchants. The participating merchants also do not represent Asiana Airline and UOB. The participating merchants shall be solely responsible for all effects and consequences of the products and services.
4) Asiana Airline, UOB and the participating merchants reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions herein with reasonable notice to Asiana UOB Visa Platinum / Platinum Elite Cardmembers who will be bound by such alterations unless the Asiana UOB Visa Platinum / Platinum Elite Cards are returned to UOB Card Centre for cancellation before the date upon which any alteration is to take effect.
5) If the business(es) of the participating merchant(s) no longer render(s), the respective promotional offer(s) will be automatically terminated.
6) In case of any dispute, the decisions of Asiana Airline, UOB and the participating merchants shall be final.
7) Should there be any discrepancy between English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
Remarks
1. Please refer to the Asiana UOB Visa Platinum / Platinum Elite Cardmember Privileges and Benefits leaflet enclosed in the Welcome Pack for details.
2. The rates of retail transactions and cash advances are 24% p.a. (APR26.82%) and 30% p.a. (APR 36.76%) respectively. The cash advance limit is up to 80% of the assigned credit limit of individual Asiana UOB Visa Platinum / Platinum Elite Cardmember.
3. United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) and Asiana Airlines do not warrant the quality of the products or services provided by the participating merchants.
