UOB China Personal Financial Services Graduate Officer Programme

    Programme Overview

    The UOB China Personal Financial Services (PFS) Graduate Officer Programme is an 18-month programme that comprises core training and job rotation across three positions. Designed to nurture future wealth management specialists, this programme provides UOB Graduate Officers with opportunities for accelerated learning and skills acquisition that are necessary in becoming key players in today’s changing economic environment. By the end of the programme, you will develop a strong foundation in the practical aspects of the Personal Financial Services business, with a focus on Retail Banking and Digitalisation.

    What we look for in a UOB Graduate Officer:

    • A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university
    • No more than two years of work experience
    • An impressive track record in leadership
    • Fluency in English and preferably a second language

     

    A Line Manager will oversee the performance of your daily work and coach you to be successful in your role. You will also be assigned a mentor who will guide you through the different stages of your job rotation. A Senior UOB Graduate Officer buddy will also be assigned to you to enhance the learning process through the exchange of knowledge and experiences. Besides the core training, you can access a Personal Financial Services learning tool to gain a better understanding of our suite of products.

    For higher performers, you will be selected to be part of the Personal Financial Services Leadership or High Potential Talent Programme, which seeks to develop potential Sales Team Leaders and Managers respectively. There are also opportunities for cross-city job attachments and an overseas attachment in Singapore.

    A comprehensive and rigorous selection and assessment process is in place to help us identify ideal candidates for the UOB China Graduate Officer Programme. This comprises ability tests as well as interviews with Human Resources and Senior Managers:
