Apply for your own personal online access today!
Forgotten your password?
Request for an immediate password replacement at any UOB ATM. You can immediately login with the new password. Alternatively, download and complete the UOB Personal Internet Banking - Information Update Form (PDF: 86KB) and mail it back to us. Your new password will be sent to you by post.
SMS-OTP or Token-OTP Registration
For instant activation, register your local mobile phone number for SMS-OTP at any UOB ATM.
Select 'Cashcard / Other Trans' > 'Other Trans' > 'Internet /Phone Banking' > 'Internet Banking' > 'SMS-OTP (One-Time Password)'.

Note: If you have previously registered your mobile phone number for Transaction Authorisation Code (TAC), simply click the "Login – SMS-OTP" button when you login to UOB Personal Internet Banking to receive your OTP via SMS.
If you travel frequently, you may wish to receive your OTP via a physical Token Device instead. To request for Token Device, please submit the completed UOB Personal Internet Banking – Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Registration/Update Form (PDF: 110KB).
